COMPLAINTS AND SUGGESTIONS

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

To pursue a complaint please contact our reception team who will pass on your details to the practice management team who will deal with your concerns appropriately. Please supply the reception team will full details including your name, the name of the patient (if not you), full details of the complaint including dates and name of staff member, if known. Without this information, the reception team will not be able to pass on your details to the management team.

Alternatively, you can write or email the practice management team.
