The surgery plays an active part in the teaching of future doctors. Students taking part in our surgeries will have completed at least two years of training. Patients are always informed when making an appointment if a student will be with the doctor. Please either tell the receptionist if you do not want a student present during your consultation or request an appointment on another day.
We may also have medical students which again, you will be notified of prior to your appointment.
We consider our role in training to be very important and we are grateful to those patients who feel able to help.
