Order Your Repeat Prescription Online
The cut off date for requesting prescriptions in time for the Christmas period is by WEDNESDAY 14TH DECEMBER 2022. Please ensure that you request your medication by this date, so you don't run out over the holidays. Please click here to view our Christmas opening times.
Please allow at least seven days for your prescription to be ready.
We are issuing all prescriptions via EPS which is an electronic service where your prescription will be sent directly and securely to a pharmacy of your choice for collection. If you don’t already have a nominated pharmacy, please let us know your chosen pharmacy by noting this on your next prescription request.
You can change or cancel your nominated pharmacy at any time, just speak to the reception team at the surgery and this can be updated for your next prescription.
Electronic prescriptions are reliable, secure and confidential. Your electronic prescription will be seen by the same people in the GP practice, pharmacies and NHS prescription payment and fraud agencies that used to see your paper prescriptions. If you are on repeat prescriptions, dispensers will also see all of the items on your re-order slip.
We can still send you messages via your repeat prescriptions including any medication reviews that may be due. These messages are sent to the pharmacy with your prescription and the pharmacist will advise you of any messages.
If your medication review is due, our reception team may contact you to make an appointment with a nurse. You do not need to see a doctor for a medication review.
Please use online services to request your prescriptions. Either use your existing online service, or if you do not currently have access to online services, the NHS app can be set up from home without the need to attend the surgery to register for this service. Alternatively, you can send your prescription requests to firstname.lastname@example.org
