Please use online services to request your prescriptions. Either use your existing online service. If you do not currently have access to online services. The NHS app can be set up from home without the need to attend the surgery to register for this service. You can also send your prescription requests to email@example.com
If you have a query about your medication, please complete an online consultation. If you are unable to please phone reception on 023 80743 400 for more advice.
Please allow at least seven days for your prescription to be ready.
We are issuing all prescriptions via EPS which is an electronic service. Your prescription will go straight to your nominated pharmacy for collection. If you haven't already, please nominate a chosen pharmacy by noting this on your next request. To find your local pharmacy please click here.
To change or cancel your nominated pharmacy, speak to the reception team at the surgery or alter via the NHS app.
If you are on repeat prescriptions, dispensers will also see all the items on your re-order slip.
We can still send you messages via your repeat prescriptions including any medication reviews that may be due. These messages are sent to the pharmacy with your prescription and the pharmacist will tell you of any messages.
If your medication review is due, our reception team may contact you to make an appointment with a nurse. You do not need to see a doctor for a medication review.
