Welcome to North Baddesley Surgery

North Baddesley Surgery

Dr Batchelor will be taking her well earned retirement and leaving the Practice from 1st January 2022. She has been with the Practice since 2003 and is a very well known and respected member of the Team.

A message book will be available in reception for patients wishing to say goodbye. If you are unable to get to the surgery to write a message to Dr Batchelor, please feel free to send in an email or letter and we will stick into the book.

We will of course update all patients on our new clinical team once this is complete.

From Monday 22nd November the surgeries telephone opening hours will be changing to 08:00 – 18:00. The front desk at the surgery will remain open until 18:30pm as usual.

The eConsult triage via the website from Monday 22nd November will available between 07:00 – 22:00 Monday – Friday.

From 5th January 2022 the surgery will close for 1 hour EVERY Wednesday from 13:00 – 14:00 for essential staff training. This means the doors will be closed so you will be unable to collect prescriptions or attend the practice during this time. The phone lines will remain open for any URGENT queries.

Many thanks

North Baddesley Surgery
